These terms are the agreement between Business Hub, run by Mmiri28, and the owner of each shop account. Using Business Hub means you accept them.

The service

Business Hub helps a shop record stock, sales, payments, returns and expenses, and shows the results. It is provided as it is, and we work to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never contain a mistake.

Your account and your staff

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You decide who joins your shop and what they may see, and you are responsible for what your staff record.
• You must be 18 or older and allowed to act for the business.

Your records

• The records you enter belong to your business. We use them only to run Business Hub for you.
• Check the figures before you rely on them for tax, loans or other decisions. Reports are only as accurate as what was entered.
• If you record your customers' names or phone numbers, you are responsible for being allowed to, and for telling them, as the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 requires. See the Privacy notice.

Fair use

Do not use Business Hub for anything unlawful, to try to reach another shop's data, or in a way that harms the service or other users. We may suspend an account that does.

Price

Business Hub is free while it is being tested. We will give at least 30 days notice before any charge starts.

Leaving

You can download all your shop's data at any time (Shop Data, Export My Data). You can delete your shop there too: it is locked at once and erased for good after 30 days, and you can cancel until then.

Limits of our responsibility

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
